We interviewed several friends and acquaintances and after meeting with Amanda, we knew she was the right person for the job. We had a connection and the numerous friends who were agents immediately went to the backlog. We signed that day with Amanda knowing that she was the woman for the job. She walked us through the process (it had been 20 years since we’d moved in our dream home) and told us about her photographer, stager and how she would work hard for us to get us the best price available in a super competitive market. We agreed on a list price and we were off and running. Amanda was always available and responsive to questions and needs and so knowledgeable about the market. We received a couple of offers that we declined, mutually agreeing on our “bottom line” and she fought for us at every turn. When we went under contract and agreed on one amendment, Amanda helped us procure the right contractor for the work and again, her recommendations were spot on. I cannot say enough great things about this team. I’d highly recommend Amanda and Debbie for your buying and selling needs. Their attention to detail and working hard for us made the whole experience (as difficult as it was for us to be leaving our coveted neighborhood and moving “home” to care for family) a great experience. Thanks you hardly seems enough to express our gratitude.

I will never work with another realtor! From the first viewing of the property to closing took three weeks. Amanda knew exactly how to structure our offer so it was accepted by the seller over multiple other offers without getting into a budding war. AND we still came in under appraised value. Her referrals to a mortgage company and inspector allowed us to complete due diligence within a week. She even referred us to a great handyman to do the renovations we want to make. We have bought and sold numerous properties, smoothest one ever in an extremely tight market.

Amanda opened my eyes as to what to expect from a realtor! We purchased a home without being in the area. Amanda FaceTimed us in homes, ruled out ones she wasn’t comfortable with, and really became part of our decision making team. She bent over backwards for us, making us feel connected and valued in the process. If you want a realtor who answers her phone and knows her stuff, look no further than Amanda Martin! Amanda really went above and beyond to help us find a home we could afford. She was great at explaining every step of the process. We aren't first time home buyers, but you forget alot about the details of purchasing. She didn't make us feel like we should have remembered, but patiently and competently explained. She is smart and up to date on current real estate situations. By the time we finally closed on our house, we didn't feel like clients, we felt like friends. I'm going to miss her!

When it comes to buying and/or selling a house, there’s no one I would trust more than Amanda Martin and Debby Crawford. Buying/selling your house is a major life decision for most and you need a trusted partner who you know is willing to go to bat for you and get the job done. We put Amanda up against the odds as we found the house we wanted to buy more quickly than expected and we hadn’t even had a chance to get our old house on the market yet, all at the same time as the COVID-19 pandemic was picking up speed. The sellers were not accepting sales contingent offers, but Amanda asked us to trust her that we could make it work and we are glad we did. Within a week, we had multiple offers on our house at full ask, which was far more than I ever expected to get in the first place (Amanda had to convince me to list that high to begin with). Unfortunately our buyers succumbed to the understandable fear of the ensuing pandemic and the financial crisis it brought with it and backed out of the contract at the last minute. Amanda quickly ramped up the marketing on our house and had multiple offers again in no time at all.

We had one of the most complicated and high pressure buying and selling experiences I could imagine given the circumstances and the ensuing pandemic, but Amanda and Debby remained poise throughout, calmed us down when needed, and were always by our side with just a phone call or text. They work tirelessly for their clients and have a passion for what they do. They also have a great network of vendors (mortgage brokers, closing attorneys, handymen, etc.) to help you through the process as needed! Also, they are prominent in the Atlanta/Metro Atlanta market and have some pull when situations get tough like when our inspectors missed an issue that we could have negotiated with the buyers if it had been caught. There’s no one else I would go to when it comes to buying/selling my home than the Keller Williams team of Martin and Crawford Group Atlanta!

My wife and I started house hunting in late 2018 on our own. It was overwhelming and we got a different realtor to help us in early 2019. That was an awful experience. Amanda was referred to us through a friend and working with her was a wonderful experience! She listened to our needs and wants and it showed in the homes that she showed us. She never made us feel rushed into buying even though it took us a few months to find the right house. She made the process of finding a lender and closing smooth and there were no hiccups. When it's time to sell we'll definitely work with Amanda, and if we're buying in the area, work with her on that end too!

Amanda was absolutely amazing. She came to our original home of 13+ years and gave us very candid but respectful feedback on what we could (and should) do to sell our home. She told us that if we followed her advice, we would have an offer within the first weekend of putting our home on the market. She also told us we would close on both our old home and new home on the same day. My husband and I thought she sounded crazy! But she was spot on! She hired a professional stager and a house cleaner to ensure we were ready. We received offers the first weekend and closed on both homes the same day! She was patient with us as we dealt with some family challenges and never pressured us once in the process. Her knowledge and experience made this so much easier. She treated us like we were her only client and gave us sound advice. We are so beyond thrilled with our new home and are forever indebted to Amanda for helping us get here! If I could give her 50 stars, I’d give her 100. Amanda helped us find our first home this summer. She was referred to us from our FANTASTIC lender, and boy, she is a heaven sent. The first phone call I made to her, I expected to leave her a message and hear from her the next day or something. SHE PICKED UP ON THE FIRST RING AND SHE CONTINUED TO PICK EVERY SINGLE CALL THEREAFTER. Her commitment to you and your needs start from the first ring. We wrote a list of wishes for our first home (knowing full well it could possibly not be completely fulfilled) THIS WONDERFUL WOMAN MET EVERYYYY WISH. She fought tooth and nail when the company that owned our now home dragged their feet with repairs and GOT THEM DONE because she wasn’t going to have us delay our closing or our schedule. And the entire time, she answered every call, text, email, and soothed the jitters of a first time home buyer. She treats you as if she’s going to buy that house and live there with you and will tell you the truth even if it means walking away from a house because it might mean a disaster later on even if you can’t see it then. But the best thing about Amanda isn’t her AMAZING REAL ESTATE TALENTS (although those are incredible), it’s her positive attitude and constant smile. She will always do her best to make this overwhelming undertaking enjoyable and fun and she will be as invested in your future home as you are. We are so grateful for Amanda and you will be too.

House I loved and my husband said its ok and our offer was accepted she said we dont have to go thru if we dont feel 100% certain, she said you guy's don't seem certain. I thought that was very nice of her. That assured me she is worried about us being happy and certain first. I thought no agent would put up with us bc we have specific details were looking for. She always happy and willing plus available to show. Amanda is very knowledgeable in her field. We have seen over 20 houses maybe and she says its ok we will keep looking until we find the house we both love. We're still looking. Try for yourselfs you will love working with her.
