Amanda McClindon was an incredible realtor for us, not once but twice! We started out looking for our first home with a rather small budget. We had dreams of finding a home that was affordable and needed some work, so we could eventually gain some equity. Amanda worked tirelessly looking for homes for us, texting and calling every time something popped up and really getting to know what we were looking for. She spent multiple days running around with us to various far-out locations where homes would be in our price range. She moved her schedule around in order to accommodate us on multiple occasions. And she got us the price we had hoped for. After putting in several offers in this highly competitive market, we found the perfect home!
When we had to sell sooner than we’d anticipated, we knew exactly who we wanted to have represent us. Amanda helped us to navigate the housing market and quickly sell for a higher price than we asked for...and a good amount of equity after the improvements we had made.
