Recently, I had the good fortune of working with an exceptional real estate agent while selling my Connecticut condo from Georgia. Her handling of the sale was flawless despite the distance.

She adeptly coordinated visitations around my tenant’s schedule and proactively identified and arranged fixes for minor issues. Her collaboration with lawyers allowed me to complete the sale without having to travel.

Her constant phone availability and patient guidance proved invaluable, especially during the more challenging periods of the sale process.

When it came time to sell my mothers house, there was no one I trusted more than amanda. This was a very emotional process for my entire family & she was there, every step of the way, guiding us, comforting us in times of grief, and fighting for us to get the best deal. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the selling process but her compassion is what stands out the most. As a seller, i felt Completely relaxed knowing any issue that would arise would be handled efficiently and promptly. With the house going through probate i had Some fears this would be a long, drawn out process that would be more than stressful. I can truly say Amanda eliminated that stress; if there were any bumps she just took care of it (taking it upon herself to contact mortgage brokers, attorneys, etc). Her dedication and passion for this job really put our mind at ease. Thank you Amanda, for becoming part of our family & making this so simple for us. There was no one better for this job. Today, my fiancé and I, closed on our first home! We have been searching on and off for about a year and finally found a home that met all of our needs and wants. Amanda will make you feel as though you’re her only client and she goes above and beyond in what she does. She pays attention to determine exactly what you’re looking for and then somehow, goes out and finds it like a magical genie. If you need your hand held throughout the entire process, she is willing and able. The other nice thing about is her is that she isn’t a pushy salesperson and knows when to “sell” and when to fade into the background and let you check out the house for yourself. Amanda gave us access to her large network of professionals as well, that made the home buying process exponentially easier. You can’t go wrong with Amanda in your corner. If I ever planned to move again, which I don’t (because I’m in love with the house she found for us) she would be the first to know, as I would retain her professional services again without hesitation.
