She was a wonderful agent, my parents will be shopping for a house out here soon and I am going to make sure they use her again. I lived over five hours away and Amanda went out and visited houses for me and filmed them. She pointed out things you can't see in photos and saved me many trips out here. I drove out here to other houses with previous agents that was a waste of time. I was extremely picky, but she was so patient. She found me a house I absolutely love, that is one I originally ignored, but she convinced me to look and I'm so glad I did. She got me a price about a good amount less than I felt the house was worth, and not only that, but she added some beautiful wording after the inspection and got me a brand new 30 year roof (after my offer was already accepted!!). Amanda was my third agent, and the only one patient enough to deal with me. You would be so lucky to get to have her as your agent.

We were looking to purchase a new home and had no clue what we were doing . We were out driving around and found a house and called the listing agent which was Amanda. She said I can be there in 10 minutes. After our first encounter with Amanda we were were extremely pleased. She showed us multiple houses, drove all over the world, put up with us not having a clue what we were doing and gave us honest feedback. She listed our home and sold it in 3 days. We then purchased a new home using her and she was once again fabulous to work with . Anytime we called her she was there . We drove her crazy I’m sure but she never let it be known . I would highly recommend Amanda
