As a first time seller she helped paved the way for us throughout the whole selling process. Answered all our questions and concerns. Anytime I called or texted her she was right on top of it all. I spent over a year looking for my first home with a realtor that was a client of mine. Although she tried, I just wasn’t getting anywhere at all and had made several offers that were outbid every time. I felt so overwhelmed and undereducated in the whole process and the end of my lease was fast approaching without an option of renewing, so the panic was setting in big time. Knowing that my current realtor was new to real estate and had so many other priorities that came before real estate I started to want to give up.
I met Amanda at an open house I went to on my own and after signing in at that open house I was emailed asking me if I’d like to be added to a list where I would receive emails of houses just hitting the market that fit my criteria. Agreeing to that was the best decision I had ever made! I knew I had a good feeling from how personable and well educated Amanda was at the open house. I took a shot and asked her to help me and after just a couple months, I’m all moved in to a house that couldn’t be more perfect for us! Amanda did everything she could to make sure I understood the entire process without making me feel dumb and answering questions I didn’t even know I should have. I’m so happy and so are my kids. Taking a chance on Amanda was the best thing I could’ve done for my family!

My wife and I were shopping for our first home as unrepresented buyers for a year. It was a very tumultuous experience given the market conditions. Many homes slipped through our fingers as we watched our window of opportunity quickly closing. Then came the house of our dreams and the worry that we would miss out on that one too. However, Amanda truly connected with us when showing the home. Even though Amanda was not our agent at the time, and the home had many interested buyers - she saw just how badly we LOVED the home. She actually listened to our needs, wants, and the obstacles we faced on so many houses we tried (and failed) at purchasing. We are fortunate that in such a competitive market fate brought us to an agent with some humanity and emotional intelligence.
