Amanda Pritchett

I was born and raised in the small town of Decatur in Southeast Tennessee which lies midway between Chattanooga and Knoxville. I know the Tennessee River Valley well. I retired from education (teacher/school psychologist/supervisor) a few years ago and joined my husband as a real estate agent because I love showing property and helping people sell their homes. There is such a great excitement in the room during a closing when my client sells or receives the keys to their new home! I love what I do!

Education has been and will be important to me. I have degrees from Cleveland State Community College, Lee College (now Lee University), and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have and will continue my education in real estate to better help my clients and to stay informed in this ever changing industry. The more I know, the better equipped I will be to help you!

What have I found to be important in selling real estate? First, it is important to listen to my clents! It is my job to help you. It is also important to share my knowledge about the market, staging, getting properties ready to show.
