We recently made the decision to relocate out-of-state for my husband's job and thought selling our house would be the biggest headache of this process. With an infant, a toddler, a dog, and the pandemic to deal with, along with the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays looming, we really thought we couldn't be doing this at a worse time. We were wrong!!

I'm so glad we contacted Amanda and Nikki and made the decision to list our house with them. It’s very clear why I’ve seen their for-sale signs popping up around Candelas more than anyone else’s for the past few years. Their local knowledge in the Northwest Arvada (80007) area is second to NONE. They know this market inside and out and really used it to their advantage to price and market our home perfectly. They were strategic and intentional about every part of the process, from timing, to pricing, to staging, to negotiating, and beyond. They were also extremely hands-on, including bringing over boxes AND literally helping us pack up books, extra toys in my kids’ closets, and clutter in my pantry – things I expected to have to do all on my own. They also ran over to help us prep and double check that everything looked nice whenever a showing was scheduled at the last minute. Any time throughout the process that we had questions or thoughts or freak-outs, we could text or call them and they were immediately available to support us. Although the pandemic provided us with lots of uncertainty, I never felt like Amanda or Nikki let their guard down in protecting our house, my family and our health during this stressful time.

In conclusion, I know many realtors across the Denver area, and I believe I would have been satisfied with many of them selling our home for us. But I really believe that we could only have been this THRILLED throughout the process by choosing the dynamic duo of Amanda Rieter and Nikki Castillo. Thank you both!

My husband and I used Amanda and Nikki as our sales agents and buying agents and we were unbelievably impressed with their service. I feel kind of bad even calling it a "service" because it seems impersonal. Amanda and Nikki took the time to get to know our family, including our pup, and they really listened to everything that we wanted for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home.

We specifically wanted to move to the Candelas neighborhood and both Amanda and Nikki live in the neighborhood so they had incredible insight into what types of homes we should consider and also what might go on sale soon.

We actually ended up buying and selling much faster than we anticipated which was both scary and exciting, but Amanda and Nikki made the process so easy and stress free and supported us through each step. They really had our best interests at heart and I'm excited to now call them neighbors and friends.
