Amanda completely understands that real estate is a complex process on many levels. There are financial, emotional, legal, and logistical considerations to every move. Every buyer and seller works at a different pace, based on their situation and needs. My role is to guide you as smoothly and successfully through that process as possible, working within your time, whether that is weeks, months, or years. She is dedicated to staying the course with you. She was introduced to the value of owning real estate at an early age. My passion was fueled in college with some success in finding a rental property for myself and my friends and then ignited as an investor and "house flipper". Her family has always been in businesses related to home ownership and improvement, giving me the resources and awareness needed to become an entrepreneur herself.
