About Amanda

Amanda Siftar; a Tampa native, has successfully applied over 18 years of extensive marketing and sales experience to assist buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. Amanda began her career working for Smith and Associates Real Estate Inc.; the largest luxury real estate firm in Tampa, before founding her own team – The Siftar Group brokered by Real. Amanda began her career by working with developers in selling large scale condominium and townhome communities. She has personally sold 640+ homes and has closed over $274 million in real estate volume.

Amanda is committed to giving back to the community by donating time to various non-profits in Tampa including New Life Warehouse; an organization that helps foster families, trafficking victims, and other families in need. She is also a member of the non-profit organization MOMS Offering Moms Support, which provides support for mothers and children in the community, and Westchase Gals; a group of women that support our local businesses.

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Marketing from ORU in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. During her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, cooking and relaxing at the beach.
