Amanda has helped me multiple times over the years, selling a home or buying. I would not consider anyone else. She makes selling your home simple, she takes care of details, and constructively tells you what needs to be done for maximum sale price. If she is your realtor, the process will be easy, she will absolutely get you the best offer, and you will not stress! We now live in Ohio, and she made everything easy, down to signing day of closing! Oh, and 3 offers with a signed contract, over asking price in under 12 hours! I don't know that much about selling houses, but Amanda is a RockStar in my eyes!
