We were completely new to the beaches area and wanted to have someone we could trust to insure we bought a home in a desirable location. Amanda not only made sure of that but really educated us on the beaches community. Amanda was super professional and amazing to work with during and continuing long after closing with any help we needed or questions we may have. I would recommend Amanda to everybody . We had the best experience with Amanda being our realtor! Met her and Paul at an open house for one of their beautiful new builds. Few months later worked with Amanda to find a rental property. She went above and beyond for the house we were purchasing in Jax Beach that had many obstacles to overcome before we could close. We had a different question for her every day and she stayed on top of every question until we got answers from the sellers. Her expertise along with her husband Paul really sealed the deal for us when closing on our house. They even went to the city to check on permits for the house were pulled. Not many realtors would fact check sellers to the level Amanda did for us. Can’t wait to work with her again! We would highly recommend using her as a realtor.
