Amanda Winterer

As a realtor extraordinaire, Amanda focuses on her clients' unique needs and creates bespoke solutions for her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients build their wealth through real estate. Prior to getting licensed in 2014, Amanda spent 8 years in the multifamily industry, doing leasing in high rises and Community Management so she has been helping people define their homes for the bulk of her career.

She grew up in the Western suburbs of Minneapolis and spent part of high school and college living abroad in Austria, Germany, The Netherlands and Thailand through her studies at Webster University. She graduated with departmental honors in International Relations and Management.

She now lives in Coon Rapids, with her husband and menagerie of two dogs and a cat. She loves to travel, spend time with family and craft.
