Ambarina Pernia

Amber Pernia is a dedicated and committed Real Estate lover and a hardworking person with a lot of courage and a high level of consistency effort. She has a directly approach, a big sense of hope and she is always pursuing challenges and growth in any form, personally, emotional and professional. She is always welling to solve problems with a quicker execution and give support to anyone that needs it demonstrating a good work ethic and interpersonal skills.

She graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and came to USA where the cranes in the skyline spark her interest and she realized that Real Estate was going to be her field.

Amber managed to secure a position with Related Group, one of the largest real estate developers in South Florida, in the accounting department. As part of her professional development, she graduated from the Master’s Degree at Florida International University in International Real Estate and also she has her Broker and General Contractor License.

After her Master’s Degree, Amber did and Internship at Marcus and Millichap and also worked for a brief period of time at Colliers International as a Research Analyst to later join the team at Fausto Commercial Realty as a Sales Associate. Succefully, she listed and close 20 commercial deals of over 11M in value with the higher conversion rate from a listing to a contract in less than a week. Now she works with the team at RESF as the next step of her career alongside she growth her Construction Company with her husband called M Denis Construction.

Amber Pernia has an enthusiastic, friendly and bright personality and she engages in many activities as charities, fitness, nutrition, yoga and cycling. She is married and has a baby boy that is the gift life gave her.

Amber goals is inspired to all young women throughout different and diverse backgrounds as an example of hard working and persistence while she raises and love her little baby boy and help him to growth to be good hearted person and gentleman.
