I can't say enough about how great of a realtor Amber Baker is. Amber is very knowledgeable in what it takes to sell a house. Amber saved me a lot of money by letting me know what exactly needed to be updated on my house and what didn't have to be updated. Amber was very accessible throughout the whole process of the sale and was always available to take a call or text. Amber always answered any questions I had about the sale and never was she bothered by any of my many insecurities regarding the sale. Amber is a professional through and through that knows real estate. I will definately be using Amber next time I buy or sell a house.

Amber is an amazing realtor hands down! If you are looking to get a realtor for your life mildstone, Amber is the go to person. My husband and I were looking to purchase our very first home and from the beginning she was very hands on with the whole process. From helping us view the house the same day we reached out to her, to always being available when we had a question or concern. For every call or text, her response was always quick and helpful. She also helped a lot with the inspection aspect of the process and made sure whatever we needed to help get the bank to push the process faster, would happen no matter what day of the week. She is a very compassionate realtor, while sometimes others are just there to finsih the deal. If I ever decide to sell and find another house, I will definitely be going back to her.
