Amber Reece has been a resourceful, creative thinking, problem solver throughout this home buying process. She made herself available and is a sensitive realtor who gives you space when you need it, with uncanny perception to step in offering thoughtful suggestions at opportune moments.
An example of her care and consideration: two weeks after the offer was made on the house, when severe weather hit, she went to the vacant property on her own accord and found damage in the basement, reported it to the seller, preventing a much bigger problem in the long run because the property was being sold-as is.
I highly recommend Amber as a competent, effective communicator, highly capable of guiding you through the purchase process with a calm steady hand.

Amber is attentive to details, listens well to what we wanted, has excellent communication. She gets work done quickly. We really appreciate how she does not push her opinion (we had a previous realtor who told us what we wanted). She's kind but ready to go to war! Love her!!!
