I contacted Amber when I found a piece of land I wanted to look at. Having no clue what to do she advised me on how to make offers and counter offers. When this piece did not work out she quickly found another place to look at meeting my requests. This time she advised me against buying as there was issues with the Title. The last piece she sent me was more than I expected, many more acres for much less money and already Perced!!
Amber was amazing, she never gave up. She was completely honest and answered every question I had, if she didn't know the answer she found it out. I would recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell and I am definitely going to use her expertise again if the occasion arises.

Amber has been such a great help with my siblings and I selling my late mothers house, she took a neglected home and turned it into such a stunning home. Within hours of listing the house we had multiple offers over asking price. She is one of the most reasonable, kindhearted lady I’ve ever met. I would definitely recommend amber over anyone!!

Cannot say enough positive things about Amber and her abilities. She helped my siblings and I sell our late mother’s house. She took out so much of the stress and anxiety of an extremely hard situation. She has a true eye for design and is extremely talented in staging and interior decorating. She convinced roofers to not bill for a roof repair until closing so my siblings and I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. She worked around the clock to bring the house back to life after being neglected for so long. She poured her heart and soul into helping us. The house ended up getting multiple offers over asking prices 24 hours within listing. An incredible realtor and an even more incredible person. The day I recommend someone over her is the day hell freezes over.

Amber was a very fast responsive real estate agent .I got in contact with her telling her where I wanted my house to be on a Wednesday morning ,I was looking to get something close to where my son is and by that Friday 2 days later she called me and said she found it . !! In those two days she hustled she went around the neighborhood and put out flyers asking if anyone was selling there home in the neighborhood . Her strategy landed a house 5 doors away from my son .Amber listens to everything you are asking for and sets herself to work finding your home . Amber found us from Facebook and I am so happy she did. This was our first home buying experience and Amber in my eyes is the greatest!!! She was there anytime I needed her. I believe I even called her really late at night a few times and she always answered. We have kept in touch even after closing. She really makes you feel like family instead of a client.

Amber is incredible! You will not be disappointed having her stage your house. Magazines don’t hold a candle to her abilities. 20 years as a military spouse she knows how stressful it can be to move, buy and sell houses and she will make it as smooth as can be. She helped me find my dream home, it is everything I wanted and things I didn’t even know I wanted. Don’t waste your time with someone else!

She listened to all our concerns, and led us in the direction we wanted to go in, while adding in her experience to set great expectations, and then surpassed them to get us more out of our house than we asked for!
