I "met" Amber on a message board way back in 2003 when we were researching the Columbus area trying to find the right part of town for our family to relocate. Amber was kind, knowledgeable and helpful even though we were planning on renting initially until we learned the lay of the land and would eventually go about purchasing our first home.

For the next 12 years, Amber would check in periodically, not pressuring, just checking in to see where we were in the process. We'd been through some rough financial times in the past and weren't confident that we'd even be able to buy a house. Amber helped us see that it really was possible! Not only did she hold our hand through the financial learning process but also guided us to and away from homes that would be good for us. All with NO pressure at any time. She was always available to answer questions, no matter the time of day or day of the week. And if she wasn't able to reply in full at that instant, she'd reply and let us know she'd get back to us.

We bought our first house in March of 2017 and loved it. The whole process was MUCH easier and much more possible that we ever thought. We loved our time in the house and Amber was still there whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation for a contractor or service.

When we were offered a job out of state this past spring, there was no question who we'd be working with to sell our home. Amber of course! Once again she was patient, guiding us through the whole thing, even putting up with hoops our relocation company made us jump through. My only regret about selling our home is that we moved out of Ohio and out of Amber's area of expertise. No worries, really. Amber is our friend AND our former realtor. I know should we ever have any real estate questions or needs that we'll reach out to her first! You should too!

Amber͏ and RJ were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very understanding and listened well to the parameters and desires I had in home buying. As a first time homebuyer I was a fish out of water and very anxious about the process. They gave me a detailed explanation not only verbally but in writing, a good time estimate and asked good questions to help set me up for success. I ended up being able to purchase the first home I looked at, at the appraisal value, on my first offer! Everything they did helped the process go smoothly - they even got me the perfect closing gift according to some plans I’d made with the home!

Honestly it feels more like friends who helped me buy a home than realtors. I’ll never forget their kindness.

She’s very responsive to text and calls and super helpful with the entire process. We truly felt that Amber went above and beyond each time we bought and sold. Amber was my parents realtor when finding a home in Ohio about 7 years ago. When the time came for me to purchase my first home, I decided to go with Amber because of the great experience my parents had!
Boy did I do a good job with having Amber as my realtor. We had went to some awful places and finally we found the home I closed on today! She helped me with seeing the home first and everything! We went through some ups and downs-due to the seller not her! But we persevered!

I was in a time crunch due to school ending and restarting. Amber was always there for me, answering questions and showing me houses spur of the moment. Answering texts and emails well after hours and during family time. We had to jump quickly on a lot due to the fast moving market. She even went to bat for me with regard to another realtor who was giving me a hard time with his clients home. I had her all over the area from Marysville to Gahanan to Delaware to Hilliard. Hope to never have to do this house hunt thing again; but if I do, I'll definitely call on Amber! (My son just LOVES her too)

The whole process of buying and selling a house is intimidating, but Amber got me through it and I’m so happy to be in my new home! Throughout the process, I texted and called her with my concerns as early as 7 am and as late as 11 pm, and she always got back to me promptly with reassuring information. I was really stressed about the selling process and I wanted to make it happen quickly, and Amber made it happen very quickly indeed, and better yet, at our asking price. She has excellent instincts when it comes to real estate. For example, I thought that staging the condo before putting it on the market was an unnecessary step, but in the end she convinced me to have it staged, and I think that’s ultimately what made it sell so quickly. I will absolutely work with Amber again for my next real estate venture!

My wife and I worked with Amber while relocating to the Columbus area from Dallas, TX. She made the process of purchasing a home from 1K miles away easy, seamless and a truly enjoyable experience!

Not being able to be present for a majority of the process, we had complete trust in Amber as our advocate and representative. I don’t even know where to start. Amber did a fantastic job being patient with us as it took us months to find a home. She was able to talk us off the ledge more than a few time after an awful experience with our lender, but that didn’t stop her from keeping an upbeat, positive attitude the entire time. She is so knowledgeable about the market and what it takes to get things done in her line of work.

Just a year after we bought our home, we ended up relocating out of state for work so Amber then helped us sell our home. Even being out of state, Amber made selling our home probably the easiest thing we’ve ever done. She was there every step of the way keeping us updated on what was going on, when showings were, etc.

Amber is now way more than just our realtor but has become such a great friend.

Given my 20 years of digital marketing experience, Amber is kicking it out of the park to help her clients learning and deploying new online tactics. She's always upbeat, has a "will find a way" attitude and is constantly learning: from marketing tactics to local housing market activity.

Amber works tirelessly! Given the state of today's marketplace, Amber is a networking genius. She knows that it takes a lot more than just relying on MLS for new listings. Relationships are her strength! I recently heard that she's in the top 20% of all Central Ohio Realtors. That's a HUGE accomplishment given the saturation of realtors in this market.

Amber helped us buy a home in December. The housing market being what it is right now, we needed a realtor who was on top of everything to make sure we got the house. The house had 3 or 4 bids the first day it was on the market and we really wanted it. Amber was that perfect realtor. Everything that was needed done was done speedily, correctly and with a smile. We got the house!

Amber gave us great information on selling our old house as well. Even though we were selling it by owner because we had a buyer from word of mouth, she helped us with information we needed. I can't recommend her strongly enough and will call on her again without hesitation.
