My partner and I found Amber and her team through a friend of ours. We went into the meeting with them a little hesitant as we had been told by other realtors that they could help us….but we needed a sizeable down payment and to come back when we had that. We were thinking this was going to be a similar kind of meeting and we were pleasantly surprised! I had not planned to be there for very long and so I had an appointment scheduled pretty close to the meeting with them. I ended up canceling that appointment while I was in the meeting because of how kind and informative they were, and they gave us HOPE!! At the first meeting they have a booklet they go you with everyone’s contact information and an overview of the process. The biggest thing for us though was when we told them we weren’t even sure if we were looking right now, they responded with “that’s actually the best time to be here! Even if you don’t get preapproved, we can give you ACTIONABLE steps on how to prep for where you want to be!”. So not only do they help you every step of the way they can actually help even before then! This was completely different from every other person we had talked to. Their team also includes mortgage brokers, lenders, contractors, inspectors….everything you could need to get going. We thought it was going to be years - we ended up buying our first home a month after that first meeting! Her team makes things happen and they are kind, supportive and relatable. 100% would recommend to anyone buying a home!

Amber was able to get me closed on my house in less than 30 days. The fastest I have ever closed. Her team met with me numerous times and I never had issues scheduling showings. I would highly recommend working with Amber and her team on your home purchase
