Amber Neal is an Illinois licensed real estate broker and has been actively involved in various facets of real estate for over two decades. Her passion for the industry began in 1997 with the property management division of Inland Real Estate based in Chicago. Property management was a natural fit, Amber obtained her Accredited Residential Manager certification in 2006. Multi-family asset management led to commercial property management as a natural progression. Areas of specialty include increasing NOI to prepare for disposition, repositioning underperforming assets, streamlining operations to improve performance, and acquisition analytics.
Amber has been active as a commercial building inspector since 2011, obtaining certification through the Mortgage Bankers Association, including the certification for HUD Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Amber performs in various aspects of commercial finance including special servicing, due diligence, origination, and primary servicing for clients such as: PNC/ Midland, Wells Fargo, LNR, and Chase. Amber specializes in collateral values of 3 million and up to 520 million. Markets include Illinois, Chicago, Minneapolis, Las Vegas, and St. Louis. Classification of assessments includes multi-family, affordable housing, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, single tenant, and retail development strongholds. From purchasing your first home to NNN leasehold acquisition and development, all real estate is an investment for buyers and an asset to be protected for property owners. In addition to working with retail, office, and industrial clients.

Amber is native to central Illinois, and happily married with four grown children. Amber is a past and current member of the Peoria Area Association of Realtors Commercial Committee and past president of the Tri-County Apartment Association. Amber is a volunteer of the Greater Peoria Honor Flight and Be My Eyes independent living program.
