Amilcar is a Co-founder of INVISTI and serves as Commercial Associate for Florida Capital Realty. Amilcar leads the office's global research and investment process. He focuses on generating investment ideas, strategic planning, and risk management.

Amilcar has more than ten years of experience investing in the South Florida real estate market, in addition to roles in civil engineering and construction management.

Amilcar received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and is a candidate to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
A native of Valencia, Venezuela, Amilcar resides in Miami, FL.
