Just purchased our New home with Ammar Iqbal I had a great experience with Ammar I definitely recommend him he really knows his stuff and is Very professional, being a new home owner we didn’t know much and he explained everything step by step on how the process went I really appreciated that . He made the experience of purchasing a home very smooth .We saw so many homes and I can say I got what I really wanted . Ammar was extremely professional and we'd highly recommend him! We were first time home buyers but Ammar made the process very understandable and smooth, helped us ask the right questions, and absolutely had our best interest in mind. He made himself very available, was always quick to respond, and made communication easy -both when I was long distance and then local. Although I know he juggled many clients, we always felt like a high priority. Ammar communicated honestly about home concerns but was never pushy. When it came down to making final offers ours was one of many (several at our same price), but his guidance made the difference and we got the house. He kindly let me quiz him (I knew very little!) on interior design, modernizing strategies, etc., and he gave me thoughtful suggestions about possible upgrades for increasing future resell value. Both my husband and I walked away absolutely trusting his competence, and appreciating his personal drive to do a job well. He clearly loves what he does. We would be thankful to work with him in the future.
