Born and raised in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, Amy brings deep local knowledge and a lifelong connection to St. Johnsbury, Danville, and the greater Caledonia County real estate market. A 2007 graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy and a 2011 graduate of Lyndon State College, she understands the communities she serves on a personal level.
Amy married her high-school sweetheart in 2009, and while he was deployed to Iraq, she balanced full-time work and college - an experience that shaped her strong work ethic and commitment to helping others build stability through homeownership. In 2010, they purchased their first home, sparking a passion for real estate investing and the long-term value of property ownership.
Over the years, Amy and her husband have owned income-producing properties, managed rentals, bought and sold beautifully transformed "flip houses", and transformed their own Danville home from a fixer-upper into a cherished space.
