Amy Bolton

Amy is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Timm Associates Sotheby's International Realty; providing real estate services for communities within the Adirondack Park Region. Amy is a standing member of the National Association of Realtors, the Adirondack Champlain Valley Board of Realtors; and subscribes to a strict code of ethics. Amy started her real estate profession as a Salesperson in 2015, and obtained her Associate Brokers license in 2019, along with completing the Pricing Strategies Advisers Course, and two of the “GRI” courses in legal, and agency matters, along with being C2EX endorsed in 2022 to better educate clients about the complex nature of the real estate industry.

Amy is a lifelong local to the Old Forge area and a dedicated agent who is always on the go, and takes pride in serving each of her client’s individual and specific needs.
