Amy was beyond wonderful! She went through many trials and difficulties from some very obnoxious buyers to successfully sell our somewhat distressed home. Amy without fail returned phone calls and texts. She was gracious and professional at all times. I totally recommend her for buying or selling. I have a very high standard for excellence but Amy exceeded that.

Amy Bretl is a pleasure to work with - her calm, confident and professional manner helped us find the perfect property when we really didn't even know what we wanted initially. To date we have purchased 3 properties with her help. All three transactions went through closing without a hitch. She is extremely knowledgeable about not only the local area, but also the unique aspects of the homes in this area and was able to explain in detail the features of homes and what it was we were looking to purchase.
