Amy Brown

Amy (Staats) Brown has joined Heartland Real Estate Brokers in Kokomo, and is excited to service the Howard and nearby counties in helping her customers with buying and selling.

Amy is a member of Indiana Regional MLS (IRMLS) and the Realtor Association of Central Indiana. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017, previously with Siders Premiere Properties in Wabash. As a a resident of Miami and Wabash counties for most of her life, she moved to Kokomo in 2019, and was comfortable with the community very quickly.

Amy takes pride in being able to understand her customers' needs and works hard to make sure those needs are met. Whether their life changes take them to new locations, expanding or downsizing, or growing families, her approachable personality and knowledge help these transitions smoothly and as stress-free as possible.

In customer service for over 30 years, Amy's experience dates back to her teenage years in working a small town diner as a waitress. Eventually, she worked as a reporter and photographer at a local newspaper, has experience as the Director of Customer Service, Shipping, and Logistics, and for the past 9 years, has successfully built relationships as a professional photographer as Bella Bloom Fotos in the Wabash and surrounding areas, and most recently, continuing her photography career branded as Amy Brown. She is especially excited about combining the two professions to improve your home's marketability and securing the best home for your family's needs.

Amy lives in Kokomo with her partner, Jason, and has two grown children, Julie Bever, Wabash, and Brad Bever, of Des Moines, Iowa. She enjoys music and art, and spending time at home with her partner and their dogs.
