Amy Cannon is the Owner and Broker of Cannontown Real Estate. An East Tennessee native with a dry sense of humor, she graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1991 and headed back to Music City. Searching for a career that would satisfy the entrepreneurial spirit instilled in her at an early age, Amy became a licensed Realtor in 1995. Amy continues to build long term relationships with her diverse clientele while successfully navigating them through a smooth process of buying a house, selling a home, or building wealth through investment properties.

You can expect honest communication and creative negotiations. Buying or selling real estate is not complex but it can be complicated. Amy will advise, educate, and walk through every step of the process with you, eliminating surprises that may occur along the way. Integrity, knowledge, and professionalism are three words used to describe Amy by her peers and her clients. Her extensive knowledge of the local market focused heavily in Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, is acquired through consistent hard work, continuous education and serving at the local and state Realtor Association levels.

She is a wife to Preston, a mom to Harper and Davis, and she is a believer. She is an animal lover, especially to her Plott Hound Hudson and Vizsla Truman. Amy enjoys stand-up comedy, time with her family, hiking the beautiful trails of Radnor Lake State Park and Brentwood’s Smith Park, and spending time with a handful of her best girlfriends.
