Amy Cearnal

Native to Arlington, Amy Cearnal's success as a Realtor® stems from her depth of experience, knowledge of the area and her desire to provide outstanding customer service. Nearly all her new clients are referred to her by previous clients. She began working in the real estate industry in 1998 and worked with a large national realty company before founding CearnalCo with her husband Spencer in 2013. As a broker, realtor and owner, Amy’s role within CearnalCo is diverse. She assists sellers with listing properties, helps buyers find their new forever home, manages the company’s team of real estate agents, and oversees day-to-day operations within the organization.

Amy’s career path gives her a comprehensive and unique view of the industry. She has held positions as an escrow officer, title company manager, mortgage loan officer, and is currently a licensed Realtor® and broker.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and her MBA in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas. CearnalCo’s main office is in Downtown Arlington. Amy is extremely active in the community and holds leadership positions in many organizations in her area.
