Amy was great every step of the way when we were looking for our second home! She was the best realtor, and everyone that is looking for one will not be disappointed going with her. She is super knowledgeable about everything, even down to septic tanks, barns and ACs, she made herself available anytime I asked. She helped with the unforeseen closing events and helped me navigate the entire buying process as this was the first time doing it on my own without my husband. She had great recommendations on what I could do to rehab the property and keep the cost down and excellent recommendations for financing, Ag exemptions, and cities to explore.
