Amy Chiurco

Born and raised in Santa Rosa, Amy is the fifth generation born in Sonoma County under her maiden name Seaton. She is a graduate of Montgomery High School, Santa Rosa Junior College, and the University of California Santa Barbara earning a BA degree in Communications. Amy spent six years in Southern California pursuing a career in music after graduating.

Upon arriving home, she lived in Healdsburg with a hospitality career running the Grape Leaf Inn. After meeting her husband and moving back to Santa Rosa, Amy sold oak products and barrels to wineries throughout Sonoma and Napa counties for three years, followed by a business development role with a human resources firm where she found a great connection to the community and community leaders.

After having children, Amy took some time off and began working part-time as a marketing consultant at a local engineering firm. As her kids grew, so did her responsibilities and she was soon handling marketing, customer service, and trade show management.

Her knowledge of the area and connection to the community makes her a perfect fit for this role. Focusing on both residential and commercial real estate, Amy will work with you to find the perfect home, land, or building you need.
