Amy did a fantastic job of helping us find our new home in Edina. We were moving from NY and after meeting with her once for several home tours, she seemed to know exactly what we were looking for.

She steered us away from homes that would be less than ideal, and when the home that would become ours came on the market, she guided us through the process and helped us put together an offer that would be accepted by the seller.

Our closing happened on time and easily, even with us in NY. Amy connected us with local contractors, movers, and other professionals to help make our move as easy as possible.

We absolutely recommend Amy without hesitation.

Update: If repeat customers don't prove to you that Amy is the best, then I don't know what to tell ya! We just went through Amy for a THIRD time to buy our new forever home in Minneapolis. She was extremely proactive and knowledgeable about the greater Twin Cities' real estate market. I'm pretty sure she has seen about every crazy twist that can occur during a home purchase AND she knows how to handle them. I cannot speak highly enough about the confidence Amy provided us during our home purchase.

Amy is an amazing realtor. She helped us buy our first house and, when the time came for us to relocate, she also helped us sell that house. Amy has a wealth of local knowledge and is willing to 'go to bat' for you (no matter how seemingly small the ask). She is very practical and a great problem solver. There is simply no better person in the Minneapolis area (and beyond) to help purchase and sell a home.

We can’t say enough good things about Amy. We worked with her both to sell our house and buy a new one. We encountered a few unexpected problems when selling our house and she was quick to come up with creative solutions that worked for everyone involved. Amy is an absolute pleasure to work with and is the best of the best in the Twin Cities! We worked with her when buying and also selling our home (due to two relocations) in Minnetonka, and she proved to be extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive, and thoughtful yet timely on both ends of the deal. We were brand new to MN when buying our home in the midst of Covid, and she worked hard to find us what we were looking for despite the state of the market in early 2020. Amy hustled so hard to sell our house. Honest and realistic, I appreciated her straightforward approach that was spot on in regards to pricing. She knows everyone in the business and multiple times got me someone to fix something faster than anyone else and for cheaper than the comps (for both selling my house but also, now, for my new house). She also took my phone calls at 10pm and 6am almost daily. When I was willing to cave to negotiations, she still pushed further to get the best deal. When it came to buying our next house, she also took into account things that I didn’t even think of (removing a hot tub if not functioning) when negotiating on our new house.
