We used Amy for a purchase of a home in Northern Virginia and we weren’t disappointed. After she met with us to understand our budget, needs, and wishes, she went to work pulling together great homes for us to look at including ones selling for less and more, just to get an idea of what the different price points would give us. Because of her years of experience and relationships in the area, many homes that we looked at were not even on the market (coming soon), which gave us a big advantage. Within one month, we found the perfect home that met all of our criteria of budget, schools, neighborhood, and home needs. We are so thankful to Amy as we would have never found this home on our own. Her professionalism, work ethic, eye for detail, and overall personality was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend Amy to anyone that is looking for a great agent who has an intimate knowledge and many years of experience in Northern Virginia.
