Amy was a godsend for me during a difficult time selling the home of a deceased friend. She helped me navigate processes that were bewildering to me, and she helped me do everything large or small. She's incredibly knowledgeable and had solutions for every problem I encountered. Any time I contacted her, she responded quickly. I had a lot of questions about the market, and she knew all of the details about selling in a neighborhood that I didn't live in. Amy is smart, kind, and on your side. I couldn't recommend her more highly because she's absolutely amazing.

Amy was fantastic. Not only did she make the process a breeze, she was a fantastic guide to finding the perfect property. She guided me away form the places that were too good to be true by finding out exactly what the issues were. And showed me at least 3 places that I would have been happy with until I found the place I was in love with. She is honest, shrewd in business, and made every showing fun. I couldn't recommend her more.

Amy represented me in buying my first house in Philly. I think we looked at 50 or more places. Seriously. And, admittedly, I was a huge pain the neck as a client. Nonetheless, Amy never wavered in her support of my house search or in her professionalism. She knows a lot about home repairs (from her own experience with doing them or hiring contractors to do them), what can be easily and not so easily repaired, and a reasonable sense of what repairs might cost. She let me know when some worry I had over a property was legitimate or whether I was worried about something that easily could be addressed. I trusted her feedback. I scrutinized and questioned everything I had to sign but Amy always patiently answered all my questions and concerns. After months (maybe even a year) of stops and starts in my house search, I eventually bought a place that had most of the features I was looking for. Amy and I have kept in touch and I regularly consult her on home improvements I want to make and whether they will result in a return on my investment when I sell. If you’re a first-time HOUSE buyer (I’d previously owned a condo which came with much less responsibility than owning a house), you would be well served to hire Amy. She’s responsive (at all hours of the day and night), gentle but assertive when necessary, a true educator when it comes to real estate, and a tireless advocate for her clients. I will definitely ask her to represent me in any other real estate transactions I’m involved in.
