I've worked in real estate exclusively since 1999. I enjoy working with clients at all price points and every stage of their lives. Right now, we're in the most competitive market I've seen in more than two decades, I'm not intimidated by multiple offer situations. I've built a network of support with loan officers and inspectors that strengthens my buyers' position when they're up against several others vying for the same property. Even though houses are selling after days, or even hours, on the market, I maintain a strong commitment to marketing to ensure my clients are able to get the highest price possible on their investment.

Not only do I sell real estate, but I'm also an investor. My husband and I own several residential and commercial properties, and I'm a strong advocate for building wealth through real estate ownership. Because I'm an active investor, and my husband is a contractor, I have reliable resources for all service vendors and trades workers. I enjoy working with sellers as they prepare their home for sale and advising them on improvements that will bring the highest return on investment. I'm able to assist both buyers and sellers with project management of their property repairs and enhancements. Are you relocating to Minnesota? I've been in your shoes and was a trailing spouse when I came to The Twin Cities in 1998. That move led to my real estate career when I realized I brought a different perspective and empathy to that process for relocation buyers and sellers.
