Amy went the extra mile with my husband and me. She very patiently took us to several home showings and we had no success in finding just the right home for us. So she switched gears and focused on new builds. After showing us new builds from a few different builders she was able to zero in on our likes and dislikes in a home. Once she did this she knew Taber Homes was right for us. We bought a new build with Taber and just love our new home. We were on a week home finding trip and she worked so hard in showing us homes every day we were with her. She is extremely professional, warm and friendly and a dedicated professional.

As buyers coming from out of state we were not sure what to expect but within the first 5 minutes of meeting Amy we knew we were in good hands. She immediately started pointing out potential areas of concern and informed us that if we still wanted to get the house, that she'd put everything she has into making that happen. We felt extremely relieved to have her expertise next to us as we navigated the nuances of buying a home in Oklahoma and the different structural areas of concern due to the clay soil and prevalence of termites - something that we were not familiar with in our home state.

She was extremely patient and professional with us as we saw multiple homes a day and always asked thoughtful questions as we met with various builders (new construction). But at the end of the day she was always truthful and straight to the point with us and that's what we value most with a realtor. If the day comes where we ever decide to move again, Amy will without a doubt be our first call.

We moved from Colorado to Oklahoma. Amy Irwin was our realtor in Oklahoma City. Finding homes when you live out of state is so hard, and in this market, near impossible. We felt like Amy only had one customer, and it was us. She listened to what we wanted, and went to work getting a lot of options. She was always well informed about the areas and had information about schools and traffic but she was also well informed about every home. She could tell us the year of the roof, the age of appliances and overall condition of the house. She was always available. We ran her from Choctaw, to Edmond, to Yukon in the same day. She was so sweet and polite, never even a hint of irritation. She knew what we should and should not be concerned with, and that is so important. She kept us from making huge mistakes. When we finally found our house she was on top of everything always had our best interests in mind from inspections, to getting the inspection resolutions resolved and confirming they were done. She is a spit fire, and on more than one occasion went to battle for us. Her character and integrity are unparalleled.

Bought our very first home with Amy's help recently! We went through Better Mortgage to get our home loan and decided to take a chance by going with their realtor program, but I didn't know what to expect on the realtor through this program but thought I'd at least give it a try. Let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful working with Amy was! She was always available to talk with us through the whole process, very open about all the different steps along the home buying process, and helped us find a house that we absolutely love! She set us up with access to home listings that were amazingly helpful and had it setup to show use houses that met our criteria. I highly recommend giving Amy a call at the very least if you're looking for a realtor whether buying or selling. Amy helped us so much. When we moved to OKC we only had 3 days to fly in, find a house and fly out. she scheduled 20 homes for us to look at in those three days we covered 500 miles, 8 counties, and 12 cities. The whole process was a marathon. By the end of the three days we had narrowed it down to our current home. She stayed in constant communication with us to help us close on the home while we were in Arizona. She went the extra mile after the ice storm knocked down some branches by making sure the owners of the home knew about the branches and kept us up to date on the cleanup process and inspections to make sure that the home wasn't damaged by the branches. if you are looking for an agent that will work for you and listen to what you are looking for go with Amy you wont be disappointed. She listens to your thoughts and concerns points out pros and cons of each house but dosn't try to push you in one direction or the other.

She will go to bat for you and isn't afraid to push back against the other professionals when needed. She helped us navigate a corporate relocation company and purchase a home in Oklahoma while we were living in Colorado, often stopping by our new build, without us even having to ask, to check-in, take photos, and bring our attention to anything that concerned her. Amy helped our family purchase our very first home! She was excellent with communication despite the fact we were overseas. She found lots of different homes we could choose from that fit our criteria and gave us great insight in the different communities. She set up the inspections and kept us up to date with the entire process. The new home had some faults that Amy found and pressured the builders to complete all necessary fixes before closing date. My wife flew to Oklahoma and had three days to look at houses and Amy dropped everything to focus on her knowing she had limited time. When the bank did not send the correct closing documents to the title company and we thought we would miss our closing date, Amy contacted the escalation hotline and got things moving so everything happened on closing date. She really made the experience of purchasing a first home much more relaxing and it was great having someone who knew what they were doing on our side. I didn't feel the least bit like I got ripped off by the seller/builders, and it was all because of Amy's expertise.

As a realtor, Amy Irwin "runs the wishbone offense" for her clients. She knows the market, she knows her clients, and she gets the ball in the end zone! Amy realized that we needed to quickly relocate. She identified four perfect properties; and she scheduled all of the viewing appointments within an afternoon. Amy was amazing!!! She was extremely accurate in her assessment of our sale during our initial meeting. She came prepared with local comps and after, narrowed those down even more. Throughout the whole process, she kept us in the loop of what was going on with each and every showing and provided feedback from potential buyers, all while us living out of the state. Once under contract, the negotiations were flawless and an agreement was made quickly. Closing was set and we only delayed a week due to the county not being ready, but Amy was on top of it the whole way. Amy comes highly recommended from both my wife and me.
