Amy Johnston is a seasoned real estate professional with over 13 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in Kentucky. In 2019, she advanced her career by earning her real estate broker’s license, further solidifying her expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. Amy holds multiple industry certifications, including Relocation Specialist, Residential Construction Certified Realtor, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified New Home Specialist. Her deep understanding of new construction stems from over eight years of experience working with some of the state’s largest home builders.

Amy’s leadership in the real estate community has been recognized through her selection to the inaugural class of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) Leadership Institute in 2015—a program that prepares professionals for leadership roles within the industry and the community. She has actively served on several influential GLAR committees, including Government Affairs, Candidate Selection, Professional Standards, and MLS Standards.

In 2023, Amy took on the role of Principal Broker at 1 Percent Lists Purple Door, where she leads a growing team of agents across Louisville and Lexington. In 2024, her individual sales volume exceeded $6 million, and she managed a total company production of $19.8 million.
