Our move was through a relocation company who sent us a short list of realtors. Boy, did we get lucky! From the first moment I met Amy Jurek, we hit it off like good friends! She was energetic, funny, positive, knowledgeable and tech savvy. She definitely knew the market and the advantages and challenges during Covid. Her photographic team did an amazing job with lighting, editing and drone footage (even though there was a late spring snow squall- ugh!) all to show our house beautifully. The house looked beautiful online on Zillow and Realtor.com etc!! Amy’s pricing strategy was perfect and we received 7 offers in 2 days all over asking. We accepted an offer but on day 10 the buyer pulled out! We had a few hours of stress, but Amy was a true professional as she was able to secure the 2nd best offer seemlessly. Whew! Amy was a joy to work with. We had fun, laughs, a bit of stress, all with a very positive outcome. I highly recommend Amy Jurek!

Amy came highly recommended by friends of ours, and she didn't disappoint. We needed to sell our house quickly, as we were moving out of state in what was a very hectic time for us. She explained ahead of time exactly how everything would go and was the calming influence we needed every step of the way. She sold our house quickly and helped us navigate through multiple great offers to pick the strongest one so we could turn our focus to the big task of relocating. Even in a hot real estate market, the agent makes a big difference, and we couldn't have been happier with the job Amy did for us.

Amy is a total pro, you can't go wrong with her! Amy has become the go-to person for my entire family because she impresses each time someone works with her. She is professional, transparent, and just an all around person to work with. Her experience/knowledge and attention to detail is obvious from day one. She also only recommends top quality people to work with. Also, how much they like working with her shows. If you want a home in the twin cities metro, Amy is an obvious choice!

More details on our experience:
Amy represented my first home purchase and she set clear expectations and gave us all the information we need; we bought in a historically tough sellers market in early 2021 (COVID-19). Amy far exceeded the expectations where we were able to get a home within a short time, for a good price and it was one that we adored. We are told we were lucky but we believe the main reason we got the result we did is because we worked with, listened to and communicated clearly at the start with Amy, not luck. The house had many offers but Amy helped us write one worth accepting that worked for us and our plans! Amy was a great negotiator and the closing process went much smoother because she communicated and planned so well. Even at our final walkthrough we talked and remember thinking that we just really like her as a person on top of her work, too. It goes a long way!

Also. My family all raved about her success for purchases, and sell/buy relocations she represented them in saying she is professional, knowledgeable and great at informing without pushing.

I'm not the type to use exclamation marks, but on top of the 5 stars she earned 5 of these in this review, too. We can't thank her enough!

I first met Amy a few years ago when I was looking for the value of my house in the southwest suburbs. She was quick to respond, come and value the house and we have kept in touch ever since. I knew that when the day came for me to sell my house that Amy would be the person I would go with. The choice to sell came in the midst of very different circumstances from when we originally met but her professionalism and love of her job had not diminished at all. She valued my house perfectly for the market and I was able to sell in UNDER 24 HOURS for over asking. I relocated to a temp house outside of the Twin Cities while I was selling so looking for a new home was a bit of a challenge but Amy stepped up to the challenge with gusto. I ended up finding a beautiful brand new build in the northwest suburbs with a great builder and Amy made it happen in record time. I moved in just as the lease on the temp home was ending proving that she paid attention to all my concerns and fears of moving and took it upon herself to ensure I didn't have anything to worry about. She made all aspects of selling, buying, moving and everything involved as relatively painless as possible and was always available to answer any questions, bounce ideas off of and even simply talk me through any thoughts or concerns with a calm and cool demeanor. I can't recommend her enough and I'm so glad to have worked with her. When the day comes to sell again, I definitely know who to call or if I know someone in the market for a realtor, I know who they should connect with! Thank you, Amy! You're amazing!

Amy was fantastic from the moment we met her.  Professional, responsive, constant communication and attention to detail were second to none.  This was our first relocation and there were a lot of unknowns for us.  She walked us through the process, always available, when we had questions.  Not to mention, we listed over the Holidays, in an MN winter, with two dogs to manage during the showing process and a pandemic.  We sold in 2 days!  Amy, clearly loves what she does and it shows.

Below is a post the first time I used Amy. I recently sold my house to move back to Chicago, and didn't even hesitate to call Amy again! I cannot recommend Amy enough! She would facetime me in the middle of her vacation if it meant making sure my transition was smooth. My house was staged, sold, and closed within 30 days because if how hard she worked for me. Thank you so much Amy for everything you did for me!!

Amy was the real deal. I relocated from Chicago and she not only helped me find the perfect place, but she put me in contact with a great painter, floor installer, insurance agent etc! After the sale was done, she continued to reach out to remind me of things, and check in on how I liked the house! When tax time came, she even sent me all my documents again for easy access! I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Amy!!

From our first phone call with Amy, I knew we had struck gold. Amy continually exceeded our expectations. Once we made contact with her, she immediately started to incorporate our wishes into her customized home search for our relocation, even though we were still miles away. Amy continued to stay in close contact throughout our entire relocation process, making sure to proactively check-in, so that she could continue to provide assistance, even remotely. Once we made it to Minnesota, Amy's service stepped-up into high gear. Amy was amazing to work with on all three of my real estate transactions in the last year. She has excellent communication skills and is very responsive to my inquiries and was always proactive. She handled the process with such ease and professionalism and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the transaction. Her inspection referral was top notch. He inspected two properties for me and was thorough and patient, a real pro! Amy provided lots of other great professional referrals including a landscaper whose savvy insights led me to walk away from one property that wouldn't allow the plan I was hoping for. We didn’t anticipate that the home-buying and selling process would move so quickly during this historically uncertain time, but we were extremely grateful for Amy’s preparation and expertise when it did. As we began what we assumed would be a long process, Amy suggested we get pre-approved ASAP for a loan “just in case” we found a home and wanted to move quickly. And after showing us just two other homes, that’s exactly what happened. Amy found our dream house, which literally had every single thing on our wish list. She negotiated the deal for our new house, then helped us prepare and list our previous home. Then COVID-19 arrived, and with it came a growing uneasiness about the housing market. Amy’s expertise and even-keeled approach were instrumental in helping us navigate the uncertainty around proceeding during the pandemic, which could have jeopardized both of our transactions. To say Amy Jurek is fantastic is an understatement! She not only is professional and knows her stuff, but she took the time to get to know what we really wanted in a new house and found it for us!! We asked for a lot, a shop for my husband, a craft room for me, a teen hangout space for our son and a private backyard. She found it all and then some - she even found us a house on a little lake. On top of all that great stuff, Amy is honest, funny and fun! I was actually sad when we closed on our new house as I wouldn’t talk to her everyday 😁. Amy is absolutely fantastic and I'm not even sure where to start…
Amy met with us and got us set up in MLS about a year and a half before we were even serious about moving. She gave us a list of things to get done at our current residence to ready us to hit the market whenever the time was right. It also gave us a long time to look at inventory and figure out what we were looking for. Due to her proactive direction it only took us 6 weeks to list, sell, buy, and close both properties.
Amy is based in the Southwest metro and we are in the Northwest metro yet she was there for anything we needed (I know it’s her job but that’s a long haul to make dozens of times!) She wasn’t only available in person but was incredibly responsive no matter the time of day; weekends, mornings, evenings…it didn’t matter.
She gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our home to sell and guided us through the process of selecting our new home. I always felt like we were being taken care of and had nothing to worry about. Buying/selling is a very stressful period of time and she was able to minimize that at every turn.
Aside from the professionalism and expertise as an agent, what a wonderful person to work with! Her personality fit right in with ours and made the process fun. We've been moved in for almost a month and she's already stopped by with housewarming gifts and checked on us multiple times. Thanks for everything, Amy!

My husband and I used Amy to sell our home and buy a new one; we can’t recommend her enough! When we were buying our new home, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. Our offer was chosen, even though it was lower. The sellers’ realtor told us it was because of how professional and ethical Amy was. I hate to think what would have happened if Amy hadn’t represented us because we absolutely love our new home! Selling our home was a challenge because we had a private well and septic system, but she helped us navigate the issues as they arose. Because of her expert guidance, we received an offer above asking price. Amy was highly responsive, thorough, and exceptionally well educated about the local real estate market. My husband and I highly recommend Amy! She is the reason we are in our dream home after many years of searching. Amy is the consummate professional and truly listened to our desires. We were in no hurry and Amy was very patient and efficient presenting homes that met our criteria. She did not try to make the house fit us, rather only suggested homes that checked off our list of wants and needs. Unlike some realtors, we never felt like she was “selling” a home.
