I can’t say enough about how amazing it is when working with my realtor, Amy Ketchum-McGhee. Amy helped in finding my second home. Through night/day phone contact, several meet-ups, and reaching out to other professionals when needed, Amy went above and beyond. I was persistent about wanting a specific home. Amy helped my husband and me tremendously with the purchase of our new home. Being first time homebuyers, we did not know much about real estate. Not until we met Amy. Amy is undoubtedly the Go-To Realtor. Prior to working with Amy, I've heard horror stories of nonstop house-buying stresses and difficulties, of realtors representing their own interests instead of the clients, of realtors not staying in communication and not having experience knowledge in the housing market. This Is NOT the case with Amy. Amy has the best communication skills, she has such a deep level in understanding your interests and a unlimited range of home knowledgement. It's one thing to find a realtor that can do their job, it's another thing to find a realtor that you can trust, make home-buying fun and have 110% faith in that you made the right decision, that realtor is Amy, Thank You Amy.

Amy is the best! She is professional, hard working and dedicated to providing the best service to her clients. She puts in the work to ensure they get the best deal. For my home, she was able to get me $5,000 in equity after the appraisal came back thanks to the price she suggested and she was able to get all of my closing costs covered. Amy not only stuck by me until the papers were signed but also made sure all repairs were completed and that I was completely satisfied with my home. She represents her clients well. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Right from the beginning of the process she was super helpful and knowledgeable, not only guiding us along the way but taking the time to teach us and make sure we fully understood how the process worked. As a first time homebuyer, navigating the real estate market can be a daunting task. Amy made the experience very pleasant and easy! I was not local when home shopping but Amy was very thorough and prompt in her virtual showings. It is difficult to capture the essence of a home and neighborhood online, but Amy’s honest assessments made me comfortable purchasing my home 1000 miles away.

She is personable, trustworthy, and has the right people in her corner. She will be the only person I go to for any buying, selling, and leasing needs while I am in Kansas. If you want the right home in the right neighborhood, for the right price look no further!

Our family was moving long distance into either the Manhattan or Junction City area. Amy was very helpful in showing us several homes and was very accommodating. Moving to Manhattan was made very smooth with Amy doing all the work for us during our move.
After our move she checked in on us several times and had resources for everything we needed.
On top of it all, she had some great house warming gifts and is a very professional realtor and very down to earth. I highly recommend her for buying or selling. Her knowledge of not only the Manhattan area is excellent but down to the specific neighborhoods and schools she knows it all. I do real estate investment on the side and will definitely be using her for buying and selling in the future because of her knowledge and service.
