In partnership with Crescendo Business Services, 5280 Magazine set out to find out which real estate agents have most consistently wowed their clients. Crescendo surveyed all Denver area residents who purchased a home worth more than $100,000 within an 18-month period, along with more than 10,000 subscribers of 5280 Magazine. An additional 870 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies who are often best able to judge a real estate agent's technical skills and knowledge. The resulting list of Five Star Real Estate members is an elite group, representing less than 3% of licensed agents in the Denver area. Out of 27,527 Denver area residents holding a real estate license 900 of top-scoring real estate agents made this year's list.
