Born in Newport News, VA, Amy arrived in Havelock in 1994 by military transfer. Her husband is from Wichita, KS and is a 26-year Veteran of the US Marine Corps. They have five daughters between them and 7 grandchildren. The kids range in age from 28-38 and live in Newport, NC, Aberdeen, NC, Walker, LA, and Cherry Point/Havelock, NC. They are involved in Commercial Construction Management, Pharma Services, Prior US Army, Mortgage Loan Processor, Jazz Musician, Active-duty US Marine, SAHM for Green Compass, and Medical Supply.
