I worked with Amy on multiple transactions over a 16 month period. We changed course several times. First I was going to buy a condo - ended up with a small house. Once in the small house then I was going to build. Multitple land transactions and
meetings with builders later, I ultimately found what I think will be my forever home.

Amy was supportive and attentive through all of the phases of this process. She gave great advice when selling my houses and land. She helped me structure offers that won in a very competative market! I would highly recommend Amy for any real estate needs - buying, selling or building!

Amy was so wonderful to work with, and she helped us find the home that was perfect for us. She never once pushed us to buy a more expensive home; rather, she would help us consider important factors in homes we may have missed otherwise. I was very pleased and thanful for her amount of dedication and time she invested into our new home process She also made us feel as though our time was valuable to her as well. She has a kind hearted and down to earth personality, so she made this experience fun too! When opportunities came that wouldn't work for our budget or any other obstacles, she showed compassion and reminded us that our God has the perfect home already waiting and to not be worried about a minor setback. As a result, I would choose her again. We found the perfect home for our family that God had ready with her help. We are so grateful!

Amy's professionalism and knowledge helped us to sell our home in less than 48 hours. She knew exactly where to price the home for the features it had as well as its challenges. She offered expert advice prior to listing that saved us a significant amount of money we otherwise would have spent making repairs that weren't necessary. When our buyer fell through 2 weeks prior to closing, thanks to Amy's networking skills, she had another signed contract for us within hours.

We are very thankful to Amy and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!
