Amy Lucenti

As a longtime resident of the Southern Tier, I have an extensive knowledge of
the Greater Binghamton Area, including Owego and Apalachin. My previous experience working as an attorney has taught me a great deal about the Greater Binghamton Real Estate Market and has allowed for me to develop strong negotiation skills.

My background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Therapy and Audiology from SUNY Geneseo and a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University. As an attorney, I practiced not only real estate law but education law as well. This experience allowed for me to work with many school districts in New York State. This knowledge is useful because the school district you live in can impact decisions especially for buyers.

I enjoy being involved in the community and volunteer for various school, church, and community functions.
