About Amy Lynn
Meet Amy Cordeiro! She's a passionate Realtor® who focuses on residential real estate in the lively Florida areas of Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and beyond in Palm Beach County and Martin County. Amy kicked off her real estate career back in 2014 by managing a thriving team of real estate pros, which really sparked her enthusiasm for the industry. She's known for her top-notch skills in sales and negotiation, always striving to give her clients a personalized and dynamic experience when it comes to buying or selling homes. Additionally, she’s got a wealth of experience working with investors looking to build their wealth through real estate.
Amy is part of the National Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Association of the Palm Beaches, which means she’s always up-to-date with the latest market data and home listings to help her clients. She’s proud to bring her expertise to Compass, a leading South Florida brokerage that offers amazing international home search and marketing tools.
Before diving into real estate, Amy sharpened her skills as Vice President at the RI Hospitality Education Foundation. There, she played a key role in developing training programs, overseeing certifications, securing funding, and supporting the RI Hospitality Association’s members. Her work there earned the organization nationally recognized certificates, and it’s where she honed the skills she uses today for her real estate clients.
Amy's career foundation was built over ten years at NewSub Services, a marketing firm in Stamford, CT. She managed training and quality for telemarketing and customer service vendors. When the company went public as Synapse Group and expanded internationally, Amy was selected to help build teams in Canada and England. That experience taught her the importance of the people you work with and serve.
She's a proud alumna of Roger Williams University with a BS in Marketing and once served as Vice Chairwoman for Middletown’s Committee for the Arts during its start-up. In 2010, she was honored with a Recognition of Service Excellence (R.O.S.E.) Award by the Providence/Warwick Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Amy hails from Maine, where she embraced the value of being part of a genuine and caring community. In 2014, she and her husband, James, relocated from the Northeast to Jupiter, FL, along with their children, Jackson and Mia. In their free time, they're most likely than not found on a basketball court as Amy is Jupiter's Recreational Basketball Commissioner and her children are avid travel team players. As a family, they cherish spending quality time together and have embarked on adventures to incredible destinations in the US, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. While they savor their travels, they'll happily tell you there's no place like home in their own paradise!
