We have won the Circle of Excellence award from West Volusia Board of Realtors for the last 4 years in a row. Deland, Deltona, Beachside and the greater Volusia is our local business area.


I grew up in the business world and spent many years around real estate practices. My personal outlook on real estate is to serve every customer on a “down to earth” personal level. I have spent the last 30 years in Volusia County and specialize in marketing. My experience was positive, negotiation was not great but it was the other party not being cooperative, but maybe try to figure out how to deal with these crazy bank people more. Kaley and Amy were great about trying to be flexible to meet us and work with our schedules, and be available.
