Since 2005 Amy Owens has been the local go-to for all things real estate, specializing in NJ commuter towns. Formerly a Garment Center Executive and Upper West Side Resident, Amy and her family moved to Glen Ridge in 2002. In the years since, she has become an active member and proponent of her community. She is a big supporter of the Glen Ridge public schools where her two daughters attend and can often be found shopping local throughout Montclair. After growing up in Alabama, Amy chased her fashion dreams to NYC, where she rose to Production Manager for Donna Karan International. There, she learned how to be a meticulous facilitator and negotiator, which translated well to her thriving career in real estate. A passion for architecture and home decor combined with a gregarious personality, sincerity, and a strong work ethic have propelled her to become one of the top real estate agents in NJ. Amy is the recipient of the Circle of Excellence Platinum Level Award, the top honor presented to agents based on their production. In her career, she has closed 400+ transactions totaling over $200 million in sales. Amy is now the team leader of The Amy Owens Team at Keller Williams NJ Metro Group. They are a team of eight, including Buyers' Agents, Staging and Administrative Staff who service your transaction from contract to closing. Amy also has first-hand knowledge of the home restoration process having restored an 1860's Victorian as well as a 1907 Craftsman Tudor in Glen Ridge.
