The home was perfect for our needs, recently renovated and an awesome in ground pool and hot tub! Where do I begin? Blessed, lucky grateful, that’s a great place to begin...
My husband and I were searching for a second home. Our full time residence is in South Georgia. So I did a little googling, found a nice home and sent an email for more information... I immediately received a phone call saying I was being directed to a local agent...( oh boy) , .well I couldn’t have been much luckier, Amy Pederson called and we talked about what I was looking for - area, price needs, wants must haves ect.. my hurdle (one of many) was I lived 5 hours from where I wanted my new home.
