First, let me start by saying that Amy is AMAZING. I want to tell you how amazing she is and one of the best ways to do this is to use social media. My parents found her when they moved from San Jose to Granite Hills and she handled the purchase of their home in Granite Hills.

My parents recently moved from Southern California to Texas and of course there was no doubt that Amy would now, represent them as the seller. She has the innate ability to work with even the most unique clients. She managed the sale of their home with my parents being out of state prior to the home selling, and she made the process one of the easiest real estate transactions I have ever been a part of. Amy's expertise was an integral part of ensuring a smooth transaction occurred. She went above and beyond to make sure that my parents understood everything from the beginning to the end. She met with them prior to listing the home and gave them an agenda of sorts as to what to expect with the sale. Once they closed, she made sure to follow up with them and answer any additional questions they had.

If you are looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic, knows the market, and can handle your real estate transactions with ease, she is the first person I would recommend!

Amy is an absolute professional and was very personable in her handling the sale of my property. I live out of the area where the property is located, so we have never met face-to-face. That did not slow down the process at all. Amy set up everything via zoom and with electronic signatures, and numerous telephone calls. She kept the communication flowing. The entire process of listing the property, fielding the offers and analyzing them, and negotiating with the selected buyer was made so easy because of Amy's knowledge and abilities. Amy was a huge help to my family in a time of need. My Father-in-law recently passed and my Mother-in-law decided she wanted to sell their home and move to a retirement community. We had the good fortune of being referred to Amy by a friend of my mother's who had used Amy to sell her own house a couple months prior. My mother's friend had sold and relocated to be closer to her grown children and we all thought it was a good idea for my mother to do the same.

Amy was not only completely professional, knowledgeable, and competent, she went the extra mile and also impressed the representatives in the new construction area where my mother is buying. Amy handled everything about the new purchase contingency with such attention to detail, promptness and thoroughness that it prompted the agents at the new construction to comment on her excellence. I was so happy to hear their comments about how much confidence they had in her handling the sale of my mother's home to satisfy the contingency. Her house is now closed and we are waiting for her new one to finish construction so we can move her in.

Amy's strategies for showings, maximizing potential buyer interest and accessibility while accommodating my mother's limited schedule were so professionally done. Her experience in real estate forms and Power of Attorney's were perfect for our circumstances. She is also a Notary, which came in very handy for us. It had been over twenty years since I last purchased a home and I was really not looking forward to the stress and headaches of buying a new one. Then I met Amy. At our first meeting she told me that buying/selling and moving is just plain stressful and that there is nothing anyone can do to make ALL of that stress go away. However, Amy provided me with some strategies, techniques and ideas to help minimize that stress and I will tell you they really helped. My family was faced with some unique challenges for this process due to a family member having a medical condition that limited our ability to show our house and to look for a new one. But Amy came up with a great process / game plan that addressed these needs and it worked beautifully. We are now in our new home which we love and its all because of Amy. Amy is a top-notch professional who is very easy to work with, keeps you focused on your game plan, and has a calm demeanor (which helps when the inevitable “issues” crop up during the process). I have worked with Amy before, and she is always amazing! Which is why I turned to Amy for help when my mom moved out of her home of 50 years. I didn't have a timeline, I didn't know what I wanted to do with the house, if I should sell it as is or spend time and money to fix it up. The house literally came with a lifetime of baggage, and Amy was able to guide us through the process. She looked into the legal aspect of me being the seller instead of burdening my mom, she helped with questions about capital gains, she was able to give me both financial and logistic scenarios regarding what the sale would like if we sold the house in its current condition as opposed to fixing it up. Best of all ... she was patient and understanding of my ever changing timeline. A lot goes into emptying and selling a family home and in hindsight I realize Amy understood that more than I did from the beginning. We decided to sell to an investor and Amy was able to bring in a few different companies, which gave me choice. She was also able to get the price that I was firm on. Yay!! Since I've worked with Amy in the past, I knew to expect all of this from her, but it still feels as though she is offering more than the average run-of-the-mill real estate company. This truth hit home a week before escrow was due to close. The house was vacant at this point, and a fire started on the neighbor's fence, which quickly spread to our fence and trees. Luckily the fire was put out before it reached the house, but the damage still presented a huge problem. Amy jumped into action, offered to come to the house immediately and was in contact with all involved parties. I am convinced that with a less experienced, or less caring realtor, that fire could have held up the sale of the home as well as created a huge headache on my part. Instead she took it in stride, as though a fire is always part of the deal :)
I cannot say enough how professional, yet personable Amy is. I will always trust her with my real estate - and by the way, you can always ask her for advice and input after the transaction is complete, she doesn't disappear. She will basically become your realtor for life.

Amy is amazing. She is the best realtor you can have with a wealth of information and connections. She has helped me through real estate family inheritance transactions and questions. And most recently she was the realtor for the sale of our long term Condo rental. The sale of the rental went extremely smooth, even during a pandemic! She was aware of all the new Covid requirements, and took care of setting my condo up for display. She is knowledgeable on all the tools, including the matter port 3D video. The condo sold very quickly and she was able to assist with my other realtor in Arizona on a 1031 purchase. The transactions went smoothly and successfully! Amy is the best realtor you can have in San Diego County! Amy will continue to work on all my future real estate needs!

This is my third house I have bought, and this time we decided to not use anyone we know as our realtor. We happened to use Amy because she was selling the house we wanted. I will say after all she has done and how much time she spent educating us as we purchased this last home we will never use anyone else. I recommend her to all people who ask us what realtor to use, even over personal friends. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about homes in San Diego. If you want someone who can help buy a home without pushing you into any home just to make a sell, then Amy is who you must have. Thanks Amy for our house in Alpine. We are blessed.
