Amy and her team were amazing. We moved out of state before we put our house on the market. When we were away, they were able to find us different contractors to fix major and minor things around the house and still get us on the market quickly. They were great to communicate with. We got us a lot of traffic for the open house. We were able to get our house sold soon after that. We would use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Amy Savage and her team have been absolutely incredible over the years. They helped us find our dream home a few years ago. At that time, she also helped us sell our previous home. It was literally sold, but we changed our mind at the last second and decided to keep it as a rental home. Amy was so gracious and understanding – all the time and energy she put into trying to sell it – and had it sold; only to learn we changed our mind. She paid for pictures, signage, flyers, etc. which we offered to reimburse her for and she said “Nope – those are my expenses - you are the client, I’m here to serve you”. We even used her professional pictures to rent the house online. Unbelievable! Fast forward a few years and we decided to sell the rental through Amy. She sold it for 60% higher than what she had it sold for previously. That’s karma! Because she treated us so well the first time, it paid off for her (and us) the next time. Amy and Team (Angie, Sandy) were excellent to work with.

They facilitated the purchase of our home in Sherwood in the Spring of 2021. Amy was professional, knowledgeable, and made herself available during the entire process. Angie brought a lot of positive energy and was a pleasure to work with. Angie did much of the heavy lifting during the showing phase, with Amy stepping in to handle the primary transaction, and Sandy working behind the scenes to schedule viewings, coordinate communications, and handle repair quotes. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine. We viewed well over a dozen properties over a wide area, and Angie never let up on the gas. She made us really comfortable even when going out of her way to show us what ended up being a dud.

Amy was busy with other transactions, but always made time to call, text or email back in a timely manner, usually the same day...and I ask LOTS of questions. I also challenged her on her recommended bid in the heat of the moment, but she held her ground and countered with solid justifications for her reasoning. We ended up winning the property only being slightly higher than the next winning bid, and there were six other offers! During closing, Sandy also stepped up to chase down bids from a handful of flaky contractors, and her efforts saved us $1,000's of dollars. All said, this team rocks. You won't be disappointed!

We recently sold our home with Amy Savage and her team and the experience was as good as it gets when selling your home which is a stressful event to say the least. From beginning to end Amy was our advocate. Her initial visit included any tips and suggestions for making our home show at its best. Amy was prepared and organized with market comparisons and suggested listing price. After touring our home Amy felt that there was not a good comp on our home and revised her estimate immediately. From the point we decided to list the home with her, Amy and her team quickly went to work getting our home listed and on the MLS. She arranged for a quick inspection and photographer, both of which were also very professional. She set up two days for open houses that were hosted by her assistant. The feedback from her assistant was instant and helpful. Amy suggested that given the interest in our home that we set a Monday deadline to review offers. By 5:00 PM we had 4 offers - all over asking price and an amazing cash buyer with no contingencies and a quick close. Amy had personally contacted another agent that brought the buyer to our home that culminated in the sale. I know that Amy used her experience and negotiating skills to bring us the best buyer and the best selling price. I highly recommend Amy to any potential clients - she is an expert in the area, is kind, professional and motivated. I am a senior; I found myself in an unexpected situation where I was moving to follow my kids and grandkids. My condo association was in the process of an update to windows, doors and siding. Let me tell you about the “Amy Savage Experience”! This is the third home I’m selling, I’m a savvy home buyer, and savvy home seller for over 10 years now. I’ve also worked as a pro photographer and stager for years with Real Estate Agents to prepare their listing.

I was beyond blown away working with Amy. She surpasses every fantastic agent we’ve worked with 10 times over. I actually feel she should run seminars and events to train agents with her method. More of this is needed in the real estate profession.
