Amy's ability to maneuver through the twists and turns of this crazy market and get her buyer's property of choice under contract is -- in one word -- unmatched! The house I wanted was red hot from the second it was listed until the next night when the seller stopped the showings because there were 9 bona fide offers. Winning the contract in that competitive a situation calls for the buyer's agent to have excellent communication skills and the ability to strategically prepare an offer that will stand out from the competitors'. Amy did exactly that and, despite my bid not being the highest dollar amount, we won the contract. Now, a little less than a month later, the home is mine and the other eight contenders are still wondering what happened.
