The daughter of a realtor, (Amy’s mother currently serves as the Real Estate Commissioner for the state of Texas, formerly serving as the President of the Houston Board of Realtors), she learned early on the importance of attention to detail. From property staging to marketing and responsive communication, Amy obsesses every aspect of the sales experience for her clients.
In 2007, Amy moved from Austin, Texas to Montana with her husband, a Montana native, and after 20 years of corporate property management experience, made the switch to real estate. In 2021 alone, Amy closed more than $43M in sales. With Amy’s work ethic, this comes as no surprise. When representing sellers, every client can expect a thorough market analysis and a comprehensive staging consultation prior to the property being listed. This helps ensure her active listings look their best – resulting in clients receiving the highest value for their property. For buyers, Amy educates every client on the local market and ensures properties presented are a good match for their needs and desires. In addition to her attention to detail, Amy prides herself on staying lock-step with her clients through every stage of the buying and selling process, from listing to offer to close. Outside of work, Amy enjoys quality time with her husband and kids, taking full advantage of all that the last best place has to offer, including running, biking, boating, camping, and hiking.
