Amy and Augustine are without a doubt the best realtors in Los Angeles and they just happen to be some of the most professional and kind people we’ve ever worked with.

Where most realtors would have surrendered to the market and just hoped for a miracle, they used their vast experience, deep industry relationships, and sheer WILL to get us into a dream home in a neighborhood where every house was getting 10+ offers.

We’re still in disbelief at how lucky we were to find them, and how they pulled off what seemed like a miracle to us (but for them is a common occurrence).

There are a million things that make them great (responsive, kind, attentive, experienced, professional) but three things stand out:

1. They genuinely CARE about their clients.
2. They SEE opportunities that nobody else does.
3. When the opportunity comes they PURSUE it with every resource they have.

They are THE BEST at what they do.

Amy Um is an incredible agent. She listened and cared about us. As an out of State potential buyer, Amy demonstrated local knowledge of the areas and properties. She has helped us opened up to different areas that we did not think we would fall in love. She is responsive and worked incredibly hard throughout our stay in LA finding our new home. She answered our many questions and provided valuable advice. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

We cannot recommend Augustine and his wife Amy more highly. They were instrumental in helping us secure our house. As first time buyers, Augustine took the time to explain the process, anticipate challenges, and ultimately ensured we had a very smooth closing. As you can imagine, we were full of anxiety and Augustine and Amy were there to talk us through everything so that we felt comfortable with each decision - no question was too small. Another huge benefit was their sharp negotiation skills to advocate for us and make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Even after closing they have made sure we’re taken care of via their well curated vendor relationships to make upgrades/renovations/move-in as smooth as possible. So so happy we went with Augustine and Amy - we truly couldn’t have done it without them!

We were in a situation where we urgently needed to get someone in our home - whether through a sale or a lease - and were referred to Amy and Augustine through a trusted friend and professional in the lending business. From the initial phone call, Amy and Augustine strategized with us to optimize our success, got our home listed (with professional photographs) in less than 5 days from engaging them, and had 3 well-qualified applicants for our consideration 10 days thereafter. Although I came to Amy and Augustine stressed about my circumstances and presented them with a challenging set of facts, my confidence in them quickly quelled my concerns and they handled the entire deal with ease. We were impressed by their understanding and consideration of our needs and interests, responsiveness, unwavering professionalism, and expertise and advisement throughout the process. Augustine and Amy are gems in the real estate market. They are very responsive and knowledgeable about the local market. They have good process expertise and great negotiation skills. We met them, and within 30 minutes, gave them the keys. They took care of everything and navigate through all the sale processes while we are not local. We cannot say enough good things about Amy in such a short review! She knew our needs and was always one step ahead at every point in the process. She gave excellent advice on every part of the process - counter offer strategy, negotiating repairs, and escrow / loan closing. She consistently was one step ahead, removing blockers before they ever got to us and was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. She also shared many different suggestions for vendors (moving, painting, repairs, etc.) and all of them proved to be excellent recommendations. We highly recommend Amy to all of our friends and hope to work with her again in the future for any home buying/selling needs.
